Please use a clear subject line so we can prioritize. Suggested format:

  • “Data correction: [program/school name]” — for factual errors in earnings, debt, or AI-exposure data
  • “Methodology question: [specific topic]” — for questions about how we calculate the DegreeOutlook Score or the three scenarios
  • “Press / partnership / general” — for everything else

Response Time

We aim to respond to substantive emails within 5 business days. Corrections to data errors are prioritized — if a school's tuition or earnings figures are wrong on our site, we want to know and fix it.

We do not respond to unsolicited partnership pitches, link-building outreach, guest-post offers, or sponsored-content requests. DegreeOutlook does not accept paid placements.

What We Can Help With

  • Reporting data errors. If you find a tuition figure, earnings number, or program detail that doesn't match the source data (College Scorecard, BLS), email us with the URL and what's wrong. We track every report and update on the next regeneration cycle.
  • Methodology questions. If something in our scoring or scenarios isn't clear, we'll explain or update the methodology page.
  • Suggestions for missing programs or schools. We cover ~24,000 programs from College Scorecard. If something is missing that you'd expect to see, let us know.
  • Press inquiries. Happy to talk to journalists working on stories about college ROI, AI's impact on careers, or higher-ed policy.

What We Can't Help With

  • Personal college admissions advice. We are not college admissions counselors. We can point to the data; we cannot tell you which school to attend.
  • Financial aid questions. Contact the school's financial aid office directly, or use the federal studentaid.gov resources.
  • Career counseling. Our data shows aggregate outcomes; individual career paths depend on factors no model can capture.
  • Guaranteed AI predictions. Our three scenarios are a thinking framework, not predictions. We have no special ability to forecast specific outcomes for specific people.
